Causes of Clogged Graco Ap Guns

Recently a customer's use of Graco's Ap spray gun, the use of 4242 mixing chamber, appeared uneven material, one side of the congestion:

The customer wants to change to a bigger mixing chamber, but this 4242 spraying polyurea is no problem, my initial judgment is that the filter screen is clogged, after disassembling it is really the problem of the filter screen.

The ap spray gun screen has 40 mesh, 60 mesh, 80 mesh, the 60 mesh to 40 mesh perfect solution to the customer's problem.
