The Graco Reactor E-XP1 proportioner is designed for the treatment and application of high pressure coatings such as polyurea. Featuring a 10.2kW heater, a wide range of voltages, and ordering options for bare metal and different guns (AP, P2), the E-XP1 combines power and flexibility.

Maximum working pressure 2500 psi (172 bar, 17.2 MPa), maximum pipe length 210 ft (64 m), maximum fluid temperature 190°F (88°C), output 1.0 gpm (3.8 lpm), and weight 342 lb (155 kg).

The Graco Reactor E-XP2 proportioner is also suitable for high-pressure coating scenarios. With a 15.3kW heater, a wide range of voltage types, and bare metal and AP and P2 gun ordering options, the XP2 provides an advantage in operational efficiency and range of applications.

The Reactor H-25 is an entry-level but powerful machine with a maximum output of 22 pounds (10 kg) per minute; the Reactor H-40 is geared toward high-volume applications with an even faster output of 45 pounds (20 kg) per minute; and the Reactor H-50 is Graco's most powerful foam proportioner with a maximum output of 52 pounds (23.6 kg) per minute.

The series features digital heat and pressure controllers to program temperature and pressure and monitor performance; horizontal displacement pumps for easy maintenance and smoother changeover to maintain optimal spray pattern; and powerful mixing heaters to quickly heat up the material and maintain a consistent temperature for high volume spraying.
