03 Hose heating system
Designed with a 3000W isolating transformer, the maximum heating distance is 94 meters. Copper resistance elements are evenly distributed around the hose to precisely and solely control the applied temperature of the hose, avoiding the concentration of heat that occurs in traditional hose manufacturing.

04 Heating system
Consists of two independent hydraulic and electrically independent modular heaters. Each heater contains 4 x 1500W heating elements with a total power of 6000W per side and has the necessary control and safety features to ensure accurate and reliable operation. The heaters are specially designed to allow for a 50°C temperature differential, enabling them to achieve an application temperature of 90°C at normal ambient temperature conditions.
