Main Heating System

The FD-511 is equipped with two independent block heaters featuring a seal-free design for higher reliability and easier maintenance.
This dual heating system allows materials to reach the required temperature quickly and evenly, maintaining ideal viscosity and ensuring excellent mixing and spray quality.

Hydraulic Proportioning Pump System

The unit adopts a double-acting piston proportioning pump, with each pump driven independently by a hydraulic cylinder.
This design ensures an accurate 1:1 ratio under any pressure condition. The hydraulic system offers high stability and low failure rates, with a maximum working pressure of 25 MPa and a maximum output of 24 kg per minute, suitable for continuous heavy-duty operation.

Recirculation System
